Chelsey, I also started drinking far too heavily at a strangely early age. Like you describe, it seemed normal becuase it was normal. Which is so fucking sad. One of my primary motivations of my sobriety is that this won't be normal for my kids. It will be just as strange as it should be, in their world view.
